Feminelle Review (UPDATED 2025)

Feminelle contains a proprietary blend of different herbs that are supposed to have beneficial effects on women's bodies during menopause, claiming to be able to treat common conditions such as hot flashes, insomnia, and the night sweats that are brought on by changes in hormones in menopausal women. It also claims to add to overall health by providing antioxidants that can help improve cellular health.

The recommended dose for this product is on capsule every day. Each bottle has 30 capsules, meaning each bottle should last the average woman about a month. It should be noted, however, that the dosage of ingredients in each pill is quite low compared to some of the competition, meaning customers may not see effects as strong as they are promised.

The primary ingredients listed for Feminelle are these:

Chaste Berry extract: A homeopathic remedy that has been prescribed for issues facing women's reproductive health, including hormonal issues and problems with low sex drive.

Black Cohosh: An old Native American herb used as a medicinal treatment for harsh menstrual symptoms as well as menopause. Among its promised effects are help with osteoporosis and hormone imbalance.

Dong Quai: Used mainly is Chinese medicine, this herb is mainly used to treat the problems of menopause. There are some concerns, however, that it contains carcinogenic chemicals that can cause cancer. It is also unknown if this ingredient by itself does anything to help with menopause.

Pros:

  • It features some extracts that are thought to improve women's health and to assist with dealing with menopause.

Cons:

  • Some ingredients have little science behind them, and the company that produces this product is mysterious and little information can be found on it.

Peppermint: Used as a natural pain reliever and possibly as an antibacterial, it has also been prescribed in homeopathy as a treatment for menstrual problems. While there is some evidence that it can help with relieving headaches and IBS, there is little evidence that it helps with menstrual issues.

Green Tea: This extract is used as a natural pain reliever and an antibacterial, and can decrease swelling.

Soy Isoflavones: This substance is supposed to be a phytoestrogen, meaning a plant-derived hormone that can be introduced into the system and help aid in the usual tasks that estrogen takes on. People with soy allergies may have a problem with any products containing it.

Raspberry Powder: A powerful source of antioxidants, which can help keep cells functioning right as well as rid the blood of free radicals.

Lemon Balm: Related to the mint plant, this herb is supposed to have a calming effect, which is why it's used for anxiety and sleeplessness.

Business

Feminelle is a bit of a mystery product. “Feminelle” seems to only be available on Amazon, where it is listed as the brand as well. Clicking on the name just brings you to a page full of Feminelle in different quantities, but reveals no information about the product. Some ads referred to it as “de Laura Flores,” possibly referring to a well-known Mexican actress by that name, but that is as much information as we were able to deduce about it.

There is no main company website to inspect, and so any information about who makes it, how it is made, and to what standards its manufacturing is held are unknown to us at this time.

Without information like this, even a name or a location of the manufacturing, customers are not in a position to tell whether or no the product is even safe to take, or if the company that makes it has an qualifications or guarantees of product reliability.

Conclusion

While there are products in this supplement that are supposed to help women deal with menopause with less distress and less pain, the truth is that there is very little to recommend about this pill. Not only are some of the ingredients possibly useless in their medical applications, but the company itself does not appear to have any public information about it available, so we cannot tell if they are a trustworthy company or not.
